Delivery Information

Where possible we always encourage our customers to collect. Where collection is not possible delivery can be arranged at a cost. Bare root plants up to 1.2 meters can be couriered directly to your door.These orders can be placed by telephone, email or on our website and must be paid for fully in advance before despatch.

Typically this service takes up to 48 hours from ordering depending on how busy we are. During very busy periods you can expect to wait up to 72 hours for your plants. Plants are dispatched by courier Monday – Thursday and never on Fridays. Therefore orders received for courier after 11:00 am on Thursdays will not despatch until the following Monday.
